Lessons will help you learn the basic foundations of mindfulness or help bring your current mindfulness practice to the next level. Using the body-heart-mind as your primary instrument, we will work with your breath, senses and thoughts; and, explore ways to tune them up and/or tone them down depending on your individual needs. As as added bonus, music and sound will sometimes be added to complement the process and help you discover and uncover a more present mind.
