In your mind’s eye imagine someone, something or someplace that fills your “body thought heart-mind” with warmth, trust and an overall sense of calm. It can be a good friend, a spiritual figure, your children, your pet, a favorite vacation spot, a relative, someone who has passed, a piece of jewelry, a mentor---anyone, anything or anyplace that you trust and brings you a sense of warmth and calm.

Take a little time and bring these people, places or things into your thoughts.

Feel the feelings they give you and sit with them. Breathe them in and out, out and in.

Think of it like being fed by energies of warmth, trust and calm from these people, places or things.

Let yourself take in these feelings, even if you can only take in a tiny bit, it’s OK.

Give yourself a few minutes to flex these feelings and bathe your body-thought-heart-mind with the trust, warmth and calm that you have tapped into.

Go through your day and bring these feelings up from time to time.
